YF (GM Free)
YF (GM Free) is the name given to a series of small social events at which we can enjoy shared time with other Young Friends, engaging in un-programmed activities that would be difficult (if not impossible) to fit into the hectic schedule of a YFGM business Meeting. This gives us a chance to get to know one another better and build our community of Young Friends.
Past YF (GM Free) Events
YF (GM Free) events have taken place at:
- Osmotherly, North Yorkshire
- New Jordans centre, Jordans, Buckinghamshire
- The Quaker Community, Bamford, Peak District

Future Events
YF (GM Free) events are run by ordinary Young Friends, often with a fairly short lead time. Information about future events that are organised will be available here, and by any other means that YFGM makes announcements.
If you think you might like to run an event like this, you probably can. It doesn’t require a great deal of experience, and these events are generally organised by small groups of 2-3 Young Friends.
