Feedback helps us to understand how the way we run things affects the community – what should we keep the same and what should we change?

At the start of each planning weekend we review the feedback from the previous event. This sets the scene while we plan the rest of the weekend.

If you are wondering how much to donate, it costs £100 per person to hold a YFGM event, and the food over the weekend costs around £15 per person. These are two suggested figures only to guide you if you feel able to donate.
