Bursaries and Expenses

YFGM covers the costs of out-of-pocket expenses incurred in attending YFGM for role-holders and newcomers. There is also an access fund for those who need to sleep off-site; full details can be found in the finance policy.

If you are not a role holder please use the form below to submit claims for first time travel and access funding.

YFGM also offers bursaries and hardship funds which cover:

1. Travel to (and fees for residential) Britain Yearly Meetings
2. Travel to and fees for; BYM, EMEYF, and FWCC events
3. Other Yearly Meetings (outside of Britain Yearly Meeting) and equivalent events
4. Other Quaker-run events
5. Other events as specified in YFGM minutes
6. Events and items that support the spiritual growth of YFGM and its members
7. Accommodation at and resources for any of the above events
