YFGM – Planning Weekend September 2025 – Bookings Open!

Registration is now open for our planning weekend. This event will be held in person at Balby (Doncaster) Quaker Meeting (Friends Meeting House, Oxford Place off St. James Street, Doncaster, DN1 3RH)

Join us from Friday 5th – Sunday 7th September 2025.

The weekend will focus on planning for our YFGM event in October. Once registered (below) you will receive further information from us about the event. The threshing document for suggesting items will be available closer to the event.

This is a great opportunity to get together and shape the agenda for our October gathering.

Please register by Friday 15th August, just so that we know how much food to order. Anyone wishing to register after this deadline should email logistics@youngfriends.org.uk in addition to filling out the form.
