Planning Weekend April 2024

At planning weekends, we gather to thresh the agenda for the coming YFGM and think about the future.

All are welcome to attend.

The planning weekend will be held on Friday 12th – Sunday 14th April 2024.

This event will be held in person in Bradford on Avon.

The weekend will focus on planning for our YFGM event in May. Once registered (below) you will receive further information from us about the event, including an opportunity to contribute items for threshing.

This is a great opportunity to get together and shape the agenda for our May YFGM meeting.

Should you have a specific question about the weekend there is an area to note this on the registration form. Once received we will contact you directly.

Please register by Friday 5th April, just so that we know how much food to order.
