YFGM – Planning Weekend January 2026

This event will be held in person at Lancaster Quaker Meeting (Friends Meeting House,
Meeting House Lane, Lancaster, LA1 1TX)

Join us from Friday 9th – Sunday 11th January 2026.

Planning Weekend is a chance for us to learn and grow from the past YFGM(s) to plan and improve our next YFGM. The event is mainly geared towards roleholders but is open to all YFGM members. The weekend will focus on planning for our YFGM event in February. Once registered (below) you will receive further information from us about the event. The threshing document for suggesting items will be available closer to the event.

This is a great opportunity to get together and shape the agenda for our February gathering.

Please register by Friday 26th December 2025, just so that we know how much food to order. Anyone wishing to register after this deadline should email logistics@youngfriends.org.uk in order to access the registration form.
